Cancellation, Reschedule, and Late Payment Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled stay will be charged 50% of the total daycare fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled stay or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total daycare fee. This policy ensures we can maintain our personalized care and accommodate other clients, given our limited availability. We can hold your spot for 24 hours without an official booking. After this period, the spot will be released to other clients. All prices are subject to change. Waivers must be signed prior to any care being provided, and owners must present a copy of their pet's current rabies vaccination. Owners have one week from the date an invoice is received to make payment. After one week, a 10% late fee will be applied. If payment is not received within two weeks, the late fee will increase to 20%. After three weeks, Ohana Pet Care reserves the right to charge the card on file. By booking our services, you confirm your agreement to these policies.
Fees
If fleas or ticks are found on your pet at any time during their stay, we are required to administer a flea and tick bath immediately. The cost of the treatment will be added to your boarding total and will vary based on the severity of the infestation. A mandatory cleaning and sanitation fee will also apply to ensure the safety of our home, our pets, and our family. Pets that have consistent indoor accidents or marking behavior will be subject to a cleanup fee. If your pet becomes ill and requires biohazard-level cleaning, a hazmat cleanup fee will be assessed. For the safety of our pets, clients, and family, pets with excessively sharp nails may be required to have their nails trimmed during their stay. The cost of the nail trim will be added to the final invoice.
