Program description
Ohana Pet Care sends operational reminders about assigned pet-care services, schedules, and related account activity. Messages are informational and are not used for marketing or promotional offers.
Enrollment and consent
You enroll by enabling SMS reminders in your Ohana settings, entering your mobile number, explicitly agreeing to receive text messages, and completing phone verification. Consent applies only to the Ohana Pet Care SMS program and is not transferred to another business.
Enrollment is voluntary and is not required to use the Ohana application. You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you control and keeping it current.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies according to your assigned services and selected reminder preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Ohana Pet Care does not charge a separate fee for SMS reminders.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any Ohana Pet Care message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that no further SMS reminders will be sent. You may also disable SMS reminders through your Ohana settings.
Reply HELP for assistance, email ohanapetcareva@gmail.com, or call (703) 965-8764. If you later want to resume messages, use the SMS controls in your Ohana settings or reply START when supported.
Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, or incorrect contact information. Ohana Pet Care may change, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time.
Privacy
Our collection and use of mobile information is described in the Ohana Pet Care SMS Privacy Notice. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the program, our practices, or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
