We are experienced in special needs pets and pets that need medication administration from pills to shots. There will be a daily charge added based on the complexity of the medication administration.

Cancellation, Reschedule, and Late Payment Policy
We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for cancellations. If canceled within 7 days, 50% of the service total will be charged. Cancellations within 3 days of the start date will incur a 100% charge. This policy ensures we can maintain our personalized care, given our limited availability. We can hold your spot for 24 hours without an official booking. After this time, the spot will be made available to other clients. All prices are subject to change based on factors such as service duration, pet condition, and availability. Waivers must be signed before any care is provided, and owners must present a copy of their pet's current rabies vaccination. Owners have one week from receiving an invoice to make payment. After one week, a 10% late fee will be added to the total. If payment is not received within two weeks, the late fee will increase to 20%. After three weeks, Ohana Pet Care will charge the card on file. By booking our services, you agree to these policies.
