We are a home-based, one-on-one grooming business dedicated to providing a calm, stress-free experience for every pet. To maintain a low-stress environment, we groom only one client at a time, and pets are never caged. Each pet is groomed straight through from start to finish, ensuring they receive our full attention and care during their appointment. Our professional grooming services are designed to keep your pet looking and feeling their absolute best. We use high-quality products and gentle, low-stress handling techniques to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience for every pet in our care.

Includes a double lather bath, blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning, brush-out, full-body haircut, and a complimentary bandana.

Doodle and Poodle Breeds

Doodles and Poodles cost more to groom because their curly, dense hair requires more time and effort to properly wash, detangle, and style. The texture also wears down grooming tools faster, adding to maintenance costs for groomers.

Blow Out$15
Professional blowout is performed using high-velocity dryers to remove loose, shedding, and impacted fur. While this service can be done on a dry coat, the best results are achieved when it is paired with a bath, as clean hair is released and removed more effectively than dirty hair.
Blueberry Facial$15

This cleansing shampoo helps kill and eliminate fleas and ticks on contact. It is not a replacement for oral flea and tick preventatives but is intended to provide short-term relief for active infestations until your pet can receive appropriate veterinary-prescribed flea and tick prevention. Fleas or ticks do not need to be present for this shampoo to be used—if you are planning to visit or live in an area known for fleas or ticks, this shampoo can be used as an added preventative measure to help combat exposure.

Careful removal of mats and tangles. Price varies based on severity and time required.
Flea & Tick Treatment$25+
This is a comprehensive treatment designed to eliminate fleas and ticks and includes the use of flea and tick shampoo along with thorough combing. This service is mandatory if your pet arrives with fleas or ticks. This treatment is not a replacement for medicated flea and tick preventatives prescribed by your veterinarian. In addition to the treatment, we are required to perform a full facility cleaning and sanitation to prevent the spread of infestation. Associated treatment and cleaning fees will apply.

Creative Grooming

Creative dog grooming is a fun, artistic way to enhance your pet's look using techniques like dyeing, nail polish, hair tensile, and feather extensions. It allows pet owners to express their dog's personality or celebrate special occasions with unique designs. Safety is the priority, non-toxic, vegan, and pet-safe products are used to ensure your pet's skin and coat stay healthy.

Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy

Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the grooming cost. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the grooming fee, as we are unable to fill the slot on short notice. We can hold an appointment slot for up to 24 hours without it being officially booked. After this period, the slot will be released to other clients. Please note: All required waivers and proof of vaccinations must be submitted prior to arriving for your appointment. By booking our services, you agree to honor these policies.

Fees

All pets may be weighed at their appointment, and the grooming price will be determined based on the weight recorded on our scale. Grooming prices are subject to change depending on factors such as, but not limited to, the pet's condition, upkeep, grooming frequency, and behavior. If there is any change in the quoted price, we will notify the owner as soon as possible. If fleas or ticks are found on your pet, our groomers are required to administer a flea and tick treatment. The cost of this treatment will be added to your grooming total, and the price will depend on the severity. *De-matting fees will be applied based on the severity. Ohana Pet Care prioritizes the well-being of pets over vanity. Pets must be picked up within one hour of receiving our text. Failure to do so will result in a late pick-up fee or a daycare fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be turned away depending on the daily schedule or subject to a late arrival fee. Ohana Pet Care reserves the right to turn a client away without explanation for any reason they see fit.
